➙ QUESTIONS ABOUT THE KITS
You can buy the fabric on our site to fill your stock of fabric and accessories for a model that you already own and would like to have in another color/fabric. Just go to the product page and choose “without pattern” and “with fabric & notions”.
Our patterns are sold separately on the site. The instruction booklet and “Made by me” label are included in the price. Some patterns are even available for free download, sign up to receive our newsletter to stay in the loop.
You liked the model and we are so glad! If you would like to make another version of Louis Antoinette garments or accessories you can order a kit that you already own with fabric only from our site, this includes all notions (zipper, thread, buttons etc.). The pattern and guide won’t be included this time.

The best of the worst will win a free new kit and personalized online accompaniment.
Absolutely! The seam values included in the patterns are 1cm. Makes things easier doesn’t it?
We carefully select our fabrics so that the garments and accessories designed by our stylist hang well. Our fabrics come from the run offs of large labels or from European or Japanese suppliers- not only French: unfortunately it’s no longer affordable for everyone to offer exclusively “Made in France” fabrics!
If you like our garments and accessories let us know using the appropriate product sheet on our site (“review” section), share your impressions and creations on social media.
If despite our best efforts one of our products doesn’t satisfy you entirely, please contact us directly at email@example.com so that we can find a solution as quickly as possible.

Fabric isn't what I ordered damaged notions, pattern not correct? It happens…send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and send a photo. We’ll try to find a satisfactory solution.
Something missing? Let us know here using the product reference and your order number. We’ll see what we can do to send you whatever is missing as fast as possible.
You can send your kit back exactly as you received it in under 14 days following delivery. Send us an email with your information and order number.

You have an automatic section for applicable promotional codes in your shopping cart. They will be applied at the time of payment. However, if you didn’t enter your code it’s technically too complicated to apply later.
